•制定辖区内重点中小连锁药店的业务发展计划,完成公司指标
•借力经销商,确保非签约药店的广覆盖和业务健康发展, 完成非签约药店的指标
•合理分配使用资源,确保指标完成
• 与区域内中小连锁总部建立良好的合作伙伴关系
• 确保诺和诺德产品在连锁客户内部的重视度,确保NN项目在各分平台及门店的落实执行
•与区域内重点中小连锁药店建立紧密的合作关系,完善总部客户管理和客户档案,提高连锁客户对诺和诺德产品的重视度,
•借助连锁总部资源加强诺和的产品准入,持续提升诺和诺德产品在连锁门店覆盖率,达到公司要求
•持续探索零售渠道创新项目,设计或执行创新项目,寻求市场新增长机会,最大化与合作连锁的共享价值,以超越达成目标。
•探索和商业公司合作的模式,加强非签约药店的覆盖
•确保行为符合NN之道及其他相关合规要求
